It is an obsolete model which was developed many years ago due to technical limitations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a Cupertino Union School District board member, I will work in <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Delegate_model_of_representation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the Delegate Model of Representation<\/a>. My major promise is to involve the community for important CUSD issues. Many people may have forgotten that the citizens of CUSD are at the very top of the organizational chart.
