My goal is to keep you informed and understand your perspectives. (Note: This survey is conducted solely by me and does not represent the entire CUSD board.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) has sparked significant discussion in education and workplaces nationwide. Although CUSD does not have formal DEI programs, recent federal directives, including the Trump Administration\u2019s mandate to eliminate DEI initiatives in U.S. schools and universities, may impact our broader educational landscape.
