Please note: This survey is conducted solely by me and does not represent the official position of the full CUSD Board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On December 22, 2025, a federal district court issued a significant ruling in the case of Mirabelli v. Olson. This ruling granted a permanent injunction against the State of California, fundamentally changing how schools handle student information regarding gender identity and medical privacy. This case highlights a broader debate: When a student\u2019s privacy and a parent\u2019s right to know are at odds, how should our schools respond?
